Congratulations to Daniel Gaysinsky with winning Gold medal at Pan American Karate Championships (Curacao May 23-27,2017).It was Daniels first Continental title and first in many years for canadian male competitors.Amaizing achievement and many more victories to come!
RSKarate Team sent 10 competitors for the Nationals to Quebec City this
year .Team had 7 more competitors qualified for the Nationals as members of
the Ontario Provincial Team. Unfortunately, conflicting schedule with their
studys didnt allow them to take part at Nationals this year.

Sensei Roman is the person I haven't seen before. His level of commitment is beyond the imagination. Every day he is teaching several groups of students and there is no vacations, days off or anything like that. He is not only teaching, but he is part of the process he does not making any excuses for himself to not to be part of the training procedure.
